- Q1: Is there an advanced search function?

Yes, you can search by postcode, keyword and even refine your search to specific town and counties.
- Q2: Why do I not get any search results?

The keywords you are using for the search may be too ambiguous or we may simply not have any adverts on the site which match. Try using alternative keywords which may be in the advert text. Make sure that you have spelt the brand/make model name correctly.
- Q3: I am searching for XXXX but I am getting unrelated adverts back from the search, why?

Currently the system for searching the site uses all of the keywords you have entered in the search box. Try using alternative keywords which may be in the advert text. Remember ads for caravans may not have the word caravan in them, try using expressions such as two berth, Eldis etc.
- Q4: Why doesn't it let me search for what I want?

If there are no adverts on the site which match your search criteria we will not be able to offer you relevant adverts. Try using alternative keywords which would possibly be in the advert text.
- Q5: Can I save a search to use again later?

Yes you can. To save a search simply click on the 'Save this Search' button at the top of the adverts listing page. Once this has been done you can use this search again by going to the 'Saved Searches' page and clicking on the 'Search' button next to the search you want to perform.
Searches will last for 28 days. You will be notified by email 7 days before a search is about to expire and you will then be able to rebook the search.
